On March 26, popular Malayalam actor Innocent died at a private hospital in Kochi. He was 75 years old at the time. The actor was hospitalised in the first week of March after complaining of a throat illness. As previously stated, Innocent has been undergoing cancer therapy for some years. Prithviraj Sukumaran, Dulquer Salmaan, Khushbu, and others paid their tributes on social media.

Malayalam actor Innocent, known for his comedic and character performances, was placed on ventilator support earlier this month after being hospitalised to a private hospital.

On Sunday, March 26, Innocent died in a hospital, leaving everyone in the film business in shock. Further information about his funeral is pending.

Innocent made his film debut in 1972 with Nrityashala, directed by AB Raj. He portrayed a variety of roles throughout the course of four decades. He was most recognised for his comedic parts.

He most recently appeared in Prithviraj Sukumaran’s Kaduva. Paachuvum Athbhuthavilakkum, Fahadh Faasil’s forthcoming film, will be one of his final few.

Innocent, who had appeared in nearly 500 films, wrote a book called Laughing in the Cancer Hospital.
