On Monday, Gangster Atiq Ahmed was transferred from Gujarat’s Sabarmati Prison to Prayagraj’s Naini Central Jail in connection with the murder of Umesh Pal. Atiq has petitioned the Supreme Court about the ongoing danger to his life, which he says is disturbing him much.

Atiq Ahmed is the subject of 101 cases that have been filed in various police stations. Aside from the police, CBCID and CBI have also probed significant incidents of murder and kidnapping. In the violent game, Atiq has not yet received punishment.

No agency has yet been able to punish Atiq Ahmed, who has been playing a violent game in Prayagraj for the last four decades.
The CBI court also found Atiq not guilty in the high-profile murder case.
Even in the cases of kidnapping and murder, Atiq Ahmed’s close relatives claim that he has had a clean bill of health.

At the Shahganj police station, a FIR was filed in 2001 for kidnapping and beating a merchant while demanding extortion.

Atiq Ahmed and others were charged by the police four years later. Action was also taken under the gangster, according to this case’s advocate Guddu Naseem. Several defendants in this case, including former Legislator Parvez Ansari and Atiq Ahmed, were cleared. There was no evidence of a crime against him.
