Amritpal Singh, the militant Sikh leader of Khalistan, was spotted on a Delhi street with a distinctive appearance in fresh CCTV footage. According to sources, the extremist leader’s hair falls free with no turban, and he is seen in the video wearing a mask. CCTV footage acquired on March 21, three days after the Punjab Police initiated a manhunt for the extreme preacher and his ‘Waris Punjab De’ organisation. Amritpal Singh is still missing, and the Indian government has previously asked Nepal to prevent him from fleeing to another country.

According to reports, Amritpal Singh and Papalpreet Singh arrived in Delhi through Kurukshetra, Haryana. The police have not said if he is still in Delhi or has departed the city.

Meanwhile, Nepal has already detained Amritpal Singh on suspicion of attempting to cross the border using a forged passport.

CCTV evidence has emerged of the two wanted men escaping the police and taking safety at a house in the week since he fled Punjab. These videos have assisted police in determining how he fled from the state.

Previously, Surveillance footage showed the extremist preacher riding a bike, riding a motorised cart, strolling under an umbrella in Haryana, wearing a jacket in Punjab, and now in a new incarnation in Delhi. On Monday, a photo of the Khalistani commander drinking an energy drink went viral.

Amritpal Singh is the leader of the radical organisation “Waris Punjab De,” which was created by actor and activist Deep Sidhu. He is accused of recruiting young people to join his private militia, the Anandpur Khalsa Fauj.
